Community Relations
Many of our programmes, particularly those for clients in the public sector, require the development of a very close relationship with a small sector of the community in order to effect a change in behaviours.
We regularly assemble groups of stakeholders, from local residents and tenants groups, through voluntary and religious organisations, to business and commerce groups. We meet them either face to face, or increasingly in virtual environments, to learn more about their concerns and motivations and to tailor our clients’ messages and modes of communication more effectively.
